If you are a Realtor please register your client(s) below and contact us to discuss our new construction, lease purchase, and rental homes.

 

You can earn a commission in several ways:

1. Regular Purchase: Commission of 3% when you bring a buyer to us, paid at closing. 

2. Lease Purchase: Commission of 2% for a bringing a lease-purchase customer. You will be paid the equivalent of one monthly lease payment (min $1,000) upon move-in and the remainder of the commission paid at the purchase closing.

3. Rental: Commission equal to a half month’s rent for referring a rental customer who moves in under a 12-month lease and a full month’s rent for a 24-month lease.

 

In every case, we require the Realtor to initiate the introduction and registration prior to any communication with the buyer in order to qualify for a commission.  View our Available New Builds, Lease Purchase Homes, and Rentals.
