At New City Homes, we pride ourselves on the variety of properties we offer to our customers. If you have viewed a home and are ready to move forward with an application, please call us at 614-972-7799.  We will obtain the names and contact information for each adult in your household and send you a personalized link for your application.

 

Before requesting an application, please review our application criteria:

• Good rental history preferred.

• Good affordability.  You will be asked for your total monthly gross income (income before taxes).

• No new collections within the past 12 months.

• No late payments on credit obligations within the past 18 months.

• No eviction filings within the past 18 months.

You will be able to complete the application on a computer, tablet or smart phone.  You will be able to process the $45 application fee (covers two adults) with a debit/credit card during the application process and upload documents such as your ID and pay stubs.  We welcome phone calls to answer any questions you have while completing your application.
